Molded Dimensions Group is a molder of custom engineered thermoset elastomers, including rubber and cast polyurethane, based in Port Washington, WI. We are in search of an experienced Sales Manager who has a proven track record of success in the rubber and/or urethane industry for our Port Washington, WI location. The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts with the Sales Organization, Manufacturing Representatives, MD Engineering, and other MD departments to drive top line profitable sales growth for the company.

Principal Duties:

· Work closely with prospects, customers, Estimating, Engineering and Sales Representatives, when required, to facilitate the capture of new customers, tools, and programs to support a profitable company.

· Support company growth in locations not supported by Manufacturing Representative. This work will include prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing new accounts. Some travel will be expected.

· Manage, support, develop and grow a group or portion of our current Manufacture Representatives to drive new business.

· Communicate and manage commercial issues with customers as required.

· Work with engineering to determine priorities of new RFQ submissions.

· Set and maintain guidelines for pricing and manage existing price increases.

· Manage house accounts directly and attempt to increase business with those accounts.

· Define and develop best CRM practice and workflow to support business prospecting and sales development initiatives.

· Leverage CRM for reporting needs and report out monthly to leadership and sales representatives.

· Manage customer service and inside sales structure to provide top-tier customer service to our external and internal customers.

· Work closely with sales representatives and be apprised/manage their efforts on a routine basis.

· Develop policies, processes and procedures that will support organic growth.

· Manage CRM data to ensure trustworthy and current data.

· Capacity and drive to learn the business and ultimately be part of the overall company succession planning.

Qualifications:

o 5-10+ years in a technical sales role including managing direct reports

o Technical Bachelor of Science degree preferred.

o Proven sales management experience with a history of measurable sales achievements.

o Knowledge rubber injection molding and/or urethane casting preferred.

o Strong written and verbal communication skills

o Ability to work independently and to communicate well with customers and manufacturing personnel.
